Pricing and Payment
We currently accept all major credit cards, your credit card will be charged upon clicking the pay now button within the shopping cart. The prices shown on our website are all in NZD. The price you pay will be the billing amount shown within the shopping cart plus and additional shipping charges. Please note that any orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties or other taxes if they are of high enough value. If you are unsure please refer to your local countries laws on import duty and tax.
All of our online transactions are processed using a SSL certificate, ensuring safe trading platform. The Alchemist will never see, or store any of your payment details.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we will email you a confirmation of acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until we have dispatched your goods as we are unable to 100% guarantee stock levels until this point. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Non acceptance of an order may for example result from one of the following.

While we at the Alchemist work extremely hard to maintain accurate content on our website, occasionally there may be incorrect information displayed. This could incorrect price, photos, stock levels or descriptions. The Alchemist reserve the right to cancel any order based on incorrect information and will offer a full refund as compensation.
