Delivery within New Zealand is a flat fee of $3 per item. Although we endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours, during busy periods such as Christmas and Father’s Day it may take up to 3 days for your order to leave the warehouse.
Domestic deliveries are through NZ Post and will contain a track and trace number supplied after dispatch. Deliveries will often arrive within 1-3 working days.
We will also deliver to the following countries:
- Australia
- South Pacific
A flat fee of $8.50 will be applied for shipping to any of these countries. All other areas will be dealt with on a case by case basis and shipping rates will be sourced in accordance with best practices.

Returns
If you would like to return your order you may do so by sending the product back to our Christchurch warehouse. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the dispatching of your item/items.
The product must be in unused condition and include all components of the product, i.e. droppers. Once the product has been received we will process a credit back to your credit card.

While we will do all we can to find a solution an automatic credit may not be an option.
